Who I Work With:

You’ve probably lived a real life. Not the curated, green smoothie, perfect morning routine kind of life. The actual kind. The one with curveballs, setbacks, survival mode, and getting back up again anyway. That’s who I work with.

I work with people who have been through it. The ones who are a little rough around the edges, who have seen some life, and are tired of feeling unwell. You might have tried every diet, every cleanse, every doctor, every supplement someone on the internet swore would fix everything. And yet, you still don’t feel like yourself.

You may be dealing with:

  • Weight that won’t move, no matter what you do
  • Fatty liver or blood sugar issues
  • Digestive problems that make eating feel like gambling
  • Hormone chaos (mood swings, exhaustion, cravings, the whole circus)
  • Mental fog, low mood, or feeling like your spark is running low
  • Autoimmune disorders that make you feel blah.

I’m here for the people who just want to feel human again.

My clients are often blue-collar, hard-working, strong-willed, and resilient. Some are former athletes. Some are former addicts. Some have been caretakers for everyone but themselves. All of them are fighters.

Before starting with me, there is one key requirement: you need to have abstained from gluten and sugar for at least one month. This gives us a clean slate to work with and helps your body settle enough for us to get real answers. Click here for a video explaining more about this.

Who I Don’t Work With

I’m not the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay. I don’t work well with people who are looking for a quick fix, a fad diet, or someone to do the work for them. If you’re expecting a magic supplement, a single food list to solve everything, or if you’re not ready to make changes in your daily habits, then this may not be the right time to work together.

I also don’t work with individuals who are unwilling to be honest about their food intake, alcohol use, or stress levels. This work requires honesty. No judgement, just truth.

My approach works best for people who are ready to take an active role in their healing.


Client Readiness Checklist

Before we start working together, here’s what I need from you:

  • You’ve been off gluten and added sugar for at least one month
  • You’re open to learning about your body and your patterns
  • You’re willing to track your food and symptoms when needed
  • You’re ready to make changes in small steps, consistently
  • You understand that healing takes time, patience, and partnership
